General rules - Breaking these rules can and will get you banned!

Comics
Music (Including nasheeds with instruments other than percussion and vocals)
iMusic
Military, violent or weapons related material
Anything copyrighted by Alhambra productions (Almost EVERYTHING by Hamza Yusuf)
Anything which is MPAA or RIAA property is NOT ALLOWED. This includes most movies,
many cartoons, and most music. Instant warning on first upload, then its a ban.
No exceptions. No enabling. No excuses.
You can check to see if an item is property of an RIAA member company at
RIAA RADAR, or you can check the RIAA members list. If you are unsure as to
whether or not your torrent applies to any of these types, send a PM to the
moderators to inquire before uploading.
When requesting permission to upload a particular item, please include a
web site link to the complete description for the item. If we don't have complete
information on the item that you are inquiring about, your request to upload
may be denied or ignored.
All files uploaded that do not fall under these guidelines/types will be
removed REGARDLESS if there are any seeders or leechers. This will be strictly
enforced.
What is the MPAA and who are the members?
The MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) and its international counterpart,
the Motion Picture Association (MPA) are the trade associations for the motion
picture industry. The members of the MPAA are:
Buena Vista Pictures Distribution, Inc. (The Walt Disney Co., Hollywood Pictures,
Touchstone Pictures, Miramax Films Corp.);
Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures, Unites, Miramax
Films Corp., United Artists Pictures, Orion Pictures);
Paramount Pictures Corporation;
Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. (Columbia Pictures, TriStar Pictures);
Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation;
Universal Studios, Inc.;
Warner Bros., a division of Time Warner Entertainment Company, L.P. Any motion
picture or documentary produced or distributed by any of these companies can
be assumed to be the property of an MPAA company.

It is generally not allowed to post videos or files that are watermarked with
other website URLs. However, you can ask the SysOp for an exception by sending
him a request mentioning the watermarked URL. If you get permission to upload
you may do so, otherwise the torrent will be removed without notice.
IslamicTorrents.net team reserves the right to remove any torrent, comment,
forum post, avatar, user info, etc... without notice.
It is strictly prohibited for any member to have more than one account on
this website. Members caught with having more than one account will have them
both disabled and possibly IP ban from the site.
Do NOT attempt to use this website to spread copyrighted, anti-Islamic
or controversial material. Any material thought to be anti-Islamic or otherwise
harmful will be removed without notice.
Please refrain from using this site for political propaganda.
If something you have posted has been removed and you wish to know the reason, or you are not happy with something on the site, a simple PM to the SysOp will get you the answer, NOT flaming
the forums or torrent comments.

Disruptive behaviour in the forums or on the torrent
server will result in a warning ( ).
You will only get one warning! After that it's a ban!
It is strictly prohibited to post IslamicTorrents.net content/torrents to other trackers/sites without mentioning our FULL website URL (http://www.islamictorrents.net). If the other tracker/site doesn't allow posting of URLs, then the content/torrent cannot be uploaded. Adding our torrents to other trackers/sites without mentioning our URL will result in banning your account and/or IP address.
Downloading rules - By not following these rules you will lose download privileges!
Access to the newest torrents is conditional on a good ratio! (See the FAQ
for details.)
Low ratios may result in severe consequences, including banning in extreme
cases.
General Guidelines - Please follow these guidelines or else you might end up with a warning!
No illegal or copyrighted material allowed. If you find copyrighted material
distributed on the website, you can use the "Report Torrent" feature
to report it, mentioning your identity and the reason behind your report.
No competitor tracker advertising allowed.
No aggressive behaviour or flaming in the forums.
No trashing of other peoples topics (i.e. SPAM).
No language other than Arabic/English in the forums.
No foul language will be tolerated.
No links to warez or crack sites in the forums.
No requesting or posting of serials, CD keys, passwords or cracks in the forums.
No images larger than 800x600, and preferably web-optimised.
Please ensure all torrents are uploaded in the correct/most relevant section!
If you are unhappy about something on the site, please make sure you contact
the staff or use the appropriate "Report Torrent" feature before flaming on
the forums. If the staff feels that the problem is legitimate, we will not hesitate
to solve it!

Avatar Guidelines - Please try to follow these guidelines
The allowed formats are .gif, .jpg and .png.
Be considerate. Resize your images to a width of 150 px and a size of no more
than 150 KB. (Browsers will rescale them anyway: smaller images will be expanded
and will not look good; larger images will just waste bandwidth and CPU cycles.)
Do not use potentially offensive material or ideologically charged images. No avatars with weapons, blood or violence allowed.
Mods have wide discretion on what is acceptable. If in doubt PM one.
